Nitro Kick Workout
The Nitro Kick workout is a combination of traditional Kung Fu techniques and body conditioning exercises to create a leaner harder body with a knowledge of real kickboxing and fighting combinations. Nitro Kick utilizes Kung Fu stances (postures) to increase leg strength and improve posture and back strength.
Nitro Kick has a complete flexibility program and tension training to strengthen tendons, muscles and bone density.
The entire workout is set on two DVD discs with menus for each area of workout.
